Licensing Terms for RTFiles-32

RTFiles-32 is licensed per team of one or more software developers. Each developer who creates software which is invoked by or calls RTFiles-32 code needs an RTFiles-32 license. A Team License is a single license and may at no time be used by more team members than are specified on the License Certificate. Binary images of RTFiles-32 applications developed under a legitimate Team License may be distributed in any number free of run-time royalties. Source, object, library, executable, or documentation files delivered with RTFiles-32 may not be redistributed (modified or unmodified).

Team License Discounts for RTFiles-32

Prices given in the price list above apply to the first member of a team. Additional team members may be added to a Team License, each for 750.

Update Subscriptions

Owners of a current RTFiles-32 Update Subscription can download software updates from the RTFiles-32 Support Web page. A one-year Update Subscription is included with all RTFiles-32 licenses purchased new or as an update.

An Update Subscription Renewal extends a Subscription for a year. It is available at 20% of the RTFiles-32 license value (the list price of the complete new RTFiles-32 license at the time the Subscription Renewal is ordered). A New Update Subscription is available for 40% of the license value. It starts a new one-year Update Subscription period on the day the Subscription is ordered.

Update Orders

Updates from RTFiles-32 versions 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 are available for 50% of the cost of a new license. Please supply your current product license number with your update order. The license number is printed on your license certificate or on the label of the first distribution disk. A product update does not constitute a new license; it replaces the previous license.

Shipping

All products are shipped within two business days after we have received your purchase order. Priority shipment is available at additional cost. Additional shipping costs apply for shipping outside the USA. For payment by COD, please call for details.

Terms of Payment

Payment is accepted by money order, wire transfer into our bank account, or COD (USA only). Net 30 credit terms are available to institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.
